Healthy Rajma Salad (red kidney bean salad)
Ingredients Rajma - 1/2 cup Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped Onion - 1 finely chopped Tamarind water - 2 tbsp (concentrated) Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Chat masala - 1/2 tsp (optional) Preperation Soak the rajma in water overnight Cook in a pressure cooker with 1/2 tsp salt in low flame for about 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked Method In a bowl add all the ingredients together and mix well Add a half tsp of chat masala. (optional) The healthy rajma salad is ready!!
