  Makes 2 if large and 3 if small                            Ingredients For pizza base Maida - 3/4 cup Atta - 3/4 cup Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Olive oil - 3 tbsp Curd - 3 tbsp Water - As required Salt - To taste Sauces Pizza sauce - 1/4 cup For white sauce Maida - 2 tbsp Milk - 1/4 cup Ghee - 2 tbsp Oregano - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Chill flakes - 1/2 tsp Pizza Toppings Cheese - 1/2 cup Veggies - Desired veggies and desired quantity( I have taken capsicum, tomato and paneer) Oregano - 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp Capsicums, onions, tomatoes, olives, Jalapeno, Mushrooms, paneer, etc are the veggies that go well with it   Method Pizza Base Add all the ingredients mentioned earlier, mix it well and make a soft and fluffy dough.   Serves 6 people Ingredients Paneer - 200 g (cubed) Onion - 2 (large - diced) Tomato puree - 3 (large) Cashew paste - 4 to 5 tbsp Fresh cream - 4 to 5 tbsp Bay leaf - 1 Cumin - 1/2 tsp Green Chilli - 2 (optional) Butter - 2 tbsp  Sugar - 1/2 tsp Ginger paste - 1/2 inch Red chilli powder - 1 & 1/4 tsp Tumeric - 1/4 tsp Corriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Fresh coriander - few strands (chopped finely) Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp Salt - as per taste Method First of all, in a pan add a tablespoon of butter and fry the paneer till it gets softened and has a colour like this👇👇.keep it aside        it gets chewy if it's fried for too long🤭😬😅 In the same pan add another tbsp of butter, bay leaf and cumin.
