Methi Malai Paneer

Serves 5-6 people Ingredients Fresh Methi Leaves - 1 bunch (chopped finely and soaked in salt water for 10 min) Paneer - a few cubes Cream - 1/4 cup  Milk - 1 cup Onion - 1 (chopped finely) Tomato - 2 (pureéd) Green Chilli - 4 to 5 (chopped) Ginger Paste - 1/2 tbsp Jeera - 1 tsp Bay leaf - 1 Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 3  Chilli powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp Corriander powder- 1 & 1/2 tsp  Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Butter - 2 tbsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Method In a pan add a little bit of butter and the chopped methi (  after soaking it in salt water for 10 min  ) and sauté until cooked              It will shrink like this when it cooks Keep it aside for later use In the same pan add 1 tbsp of butter and add the jeera. When it splutters add the bay leaf, cardomom and cloves. Furthermore add the chopped onions and a little bit butter and sauté till translucent Now add the green chillies and ginger paste and sauté for a few min.
