Choco Chip Cookies🍪🍪

Makes 18 cookies                              Ingredients Chocolate (roughly chopped) - 1 & 1/2 cups             Maida - 1 & 1/2 cups Brown Sugar - 3/4 cup(powdered) Sugar - 1/2 cup(powdered) Coconut oil/Softened Butter - 1/2 cup Milk - 1/4 cup Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Method In a bowl, add both the sugars, salt, and coconut oil/butter and whisk until combined. Add the milk and vanilla essence to the bowl and whisk together. This should be the consistency👇                                          Into the same bowl sift the maida and the baking soda together, then with a rubber spatula mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients until well combined                                                  Now add the chopped chocolate into this mixture and mix well                                  Cover this dough with a piece of cling wrap or a plate and refrigerate for about 30 minutes Take your baking tray and line it with butter paper and brus
