Blue Tea (Butterfly pea flower tea)

  Serves 4 people Ingredients Butterfly pea flower - 6 (fresh) Sugar - to taste Water - 3 cups Honey - 1 tsp per person Lime - 2 to 3 drops per person Method Keep the water on the stovetop and when it starts to boil add the flowers                                                                                                 After a few min, the water will turn blue. Then let it boil for about a min or two  and strain it off                                                                                            Add a little bit of sugar and mix well  Blue tea is ready. You may drink it hot or cold                                              If you add a drop or two of lime juice, it becomes a beautiful purple colour🤩                                                                                                            A healthy alternative choice would be to skip the sugar and add honey instead. It also becomes red in colour

  Serves 6 people Ingredients Paneer - 200 g (cubed) Onion - 2 (large - diced) Tomato puree - 3 (large) Cashew paste - 4 to 5 tbsp Fresh cream - 4 to 5 tbsp Bay leaf - 1 Cumin - 1/2 tsp Green Chilli - 2 (optional) Butter - 2 tbsp  Sugar - 1/2 tsp Ginger paste - 1/2 inch Red chilli powder - 1 & 1/4 tsp Tumeric - 1/4 tsp Corriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Fresh coriander - few strands (chopped finely) Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp Salt - as per taste Method First of all, in a pan add a tablespoon of butter and fry the paneer till it gets softened and has a colour like this👇👇.keep it aside        it gets chewy if it's fried for too long🤭😬😅 In the same pan add another tbsp of butter, bay leaf and cumin.
