Healthy Rajma Salad (red kidney bean salad)


 

Ingredients

  1. Rajma - 1/2 cup
  2. Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped
  3. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  4. Tamarind water - 2 tbsp (concentrated)
  5. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - to  taste 
  7. Chat masala - 1/2 tsp (optional)                                                               

Preperation

  • Soak the rajma in water overnight 
  • Cook in a pressure cooker with 1/2 tsp salt in low flame for about 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked                                                 

Method

  • In a bowl add all the ingredients together and mix well
  • Add a half tsp of chat masala. (optional)

The healthy rajma salad is ready!!



This is a very easy and tasty recipe which can be prepared in 5 min
it doesn't require many ingredients and has a lot of proteins
