Healthy Rajma Salad (red kidney bean salad)
Ingredients
- Rajma - 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Tamarind water - 2 tbsp (concentrated)
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Chat masala - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Preperation
- Soak the rajma in water overnight
- Cook in a pressure cooker with 1/2 tsp salt in low flame for about 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked
Method
- In a bowl add all the ingredients together and mix well
- Add a half tsp of chat masala. (optional)
The healthy rajma salad is ready!!
This is a very easy and tasty recipe which can be prepared in 5 min
it doesn't require many ingredients and has a lot of proteins
